Frequently Asked Questions
Got a question? You’re in the right place. Below you’ll find answers to the things our customers ask most. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our friendly support team is always happy to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States — no minimum spend and no hidden fees. The price on the product page is exactly what you pay, with U.S. shipping already included.
How long does shipping take?
Because every item is made to order just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production. Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes another 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! While we’re based in and primarily serve the United States, we’re happy to ship many of our products worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status anytime by logging in. Haven’t received your tracking info? Check your spam folder, then reach out and we’ll resend it.
What is your return policy?
Your happiness matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order — such as a defect, printing error, or the wrong item — we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we’re generally unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices, so we recommend checking our sizing guide before ordering. If something’s wrong, just contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast to get your order into production, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can usually update or cancel an order within the first few hours after it’s placed. Once an item enters production, we’re unable to modify it because it’s already being made just for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens, and we’ll fix it right away. Simply email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship the damaged product back.
How are your products made?
Every ShatarStudio product is made using print-on-demand technology. That means each item is individually printed and produced only after you order it. We use high-quality blanks and modern printing methods designed to be vibrant, durable, and long-lasting. This approach also helps reduce waste, since we never overproduce inventory that ends up unsold.
Are your products true to size?
Generally, yes — our apparel follows standard US sizing. That said, fit can vary slightly between styles like t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. To get the perfect fit, we recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, sizing up usually gives a more relaxed, comfortable feel.
How do I contact customer support?
We’d love to hear from you. You can reach our friendly support team anytime through our Contact page or by emailing us directly. We aim to respond to every message within 1–2 business days. Whether it’s a question about your order, sizing, or just a suggestion, we’re here to help.
